I placed a fairly large catering order at 4:00 pm on a Tuesday afternoon, for pick up the following morning between 10:45 - 11. When I arrived at the store, another customer was loading their catering order in their car, so it was obvious things were off to a busy morning at this location. Tried to order food. After 4 mins of sitting in the drive thru, I pull up to the window to see employees sitting and playing on their phones. One employee looked up and saw me and then walked away. I will not return

I get it. You hate your jobs and don't want to be there, but you could at least pretend to be friendly and not miserable. Take a lesson from Chick-Fil-A across the parking lot, they obviously have it figured out. I can't imagine this store's performance is financially thriving. No one in the drive through yet it takes 20 mins.
