Slower than molasses! The service is probably the slowest I have had ever had a Jimmy John’s. They always say first order in first order out, but people that ordered while I walked in got their food before I did, when I ordered nearly 15 minutes prior to arriving on the app. When I asked about how long it would be the lady yelled at me “first in first out. the employee had an airpod on and constantly asked me to repeat myself. the sandwich was burnt and she didn’t give me any of the vegetables requested.
Everyone here is super nice and food always tastes fresh. I love desert ridge jimmy johns :)
Amazing service. ONE ISSUE I EOULD RECOMMEND ADDRESSING IS THAT THEY ONLY HAVE ONR PERSON ON SUNDAY. but she handles it well.
