The guy working today , maybe hispanic with dark hair and facial hair needs to move on from customer service jobs. He is always extremely rude towards us. Last time he served me a molded sandwich. Today he charged me $1.30 for cheese and did not add it. we were the only ones in there so it wasn’t busy. He refused to add pickles to a sandwich and put them on the side even though we insisted. He is aggressive and a liability. We won’t eat there anymore if he’s the one working.
We actually ordered from this Jimmy John's pretty regularly and today was just such a terrible experience. I called back because the lettuce on our veggie sandwich was inedible. It was brown and rotten. We took photos and I called back to let him know and the guy there was like. Well lettuce looks that way sometimes. Didn't offer any solutions.
