My wife sent in a pick up order. I went to pick it up, and not knowing where to pick it up since I've never done that at a JJ before I told the young man at the counter my name and that I'm here to pick up an order. He looked to his right and pointed to a shelf in the corner of the store, then just looked at me like I was dumb. Never said a word. I said oh ok thanks, I've never picked up from here before. He shook his head in what looked like disgust. What an unpleasant, unprofessional person.
Why u guys do me like this!!?😆 Gave me the smallest sub from the batch...prob measured like 6.5" vs the regular size subs....still good as always but at least let me get my money's worth!!👌🏻
