What a great thing to see 2 bites into my lunch. So gross
The toasted Italian combo meal was tasty and enough for 2 seniors.
The people were nice. The environment is unsanitary. I watched a worker leave to take trash to the dumpster and come back in and immediately start working behind the counter without cleaning his hands or using gloves. I brought this up to their customer service team and they ignored it.
I had a really awful experience. I was sitting there actively eating my food when one of the employees started yelling across the store to a coworker about her cats’ “turds.” Not just talking — yelling it. That is completely inappropriate and disgusting to hear while customers are trying to eat. To make things worse, when we first walked in, another employee was sneezing repeatedly and did not wash their hands afterward. That same employee then proceeded to hand us our food without gloves.
