This location has the best customer service. Today came to get my bday sandwich and Jonathan(JJ) took time to wish me happy bday and was very pleasant. He was only one working and was making multiple orders in own. He was very quick and also very kind. I appreciate the customer service and love using to establishment that has people who want to work with no attitudes. Thank you JJ----
Ordereda gainy favorite #9. The cost $22.00+ through Door Dash. For $22 this sandwich was made on the small buns for the original sandwich and there was barely anything on it! A small bun and the tomatoes look like grape tomatoes cut up, they're so small Usually this Jimmy Johns dies me right, but tonight..NO. I'm wrapping up my sandwich and taking it back in-person for a remake. I hope it works or they lose my business. You can do better.
Giving an extra star because it's a clean establishment and the stuff is friendly. Unfortunately, the whole reason I used to get Jimmy John's is because I just loved their signature seasonings, including red wine vinegar and olive oil. They have replaced that with a disgusting gelatinous lobby, oil, and vinegar sauce that doesn't even separate out. It's actually gross. Staff are friendly and the food is tasty. What got me to write this review is the choice of music. They had Deftones playing and it was fantastic!
Got the Toasted Ultimate Italian Sandwich. The person working there was super friendly and got my food out quickly. One of my favorite Sub places to go.
