I never had a complaint with any of my sandwiches. The main reason for 5 stars is the service. I just feel like the staff takes pride in what they do and are always pleasant which seems to be a rarity these days. 🩷
Had such a great experience at this Jimmy John’s location in Scottsdale! The customer service here is top-notch—Jasmine, Tay, and Maria were all so friendly, professional, and welcoming. Their warmth and positive energy made my quick visit extra special. The location is spotless, the restrooms are very clean, and the service was fast and efficient. Havent had the food but they are so nice and coordinated, plus! It smells so good!! Surprisingly I wish they have garlic bread for sandwiches
My Mom and I ordered through the drive thru, there was a semi truck making a delivery next to the speaker and after asking the employee to speak-up, she barely raised her voice and half way through our order she said can you start over. I had to get out of the car and lean over to talk directly into the speaker. At the pick-up window, we were informed they were out of potato salad, would have been nice to know that at the time of the order.
