Tried to get a couple sandwiches at an off time sunday afternoon, after waiting for the family in front of me to "teach" their kids how to make a transaction with a debit card🙄 I tried to order but since the employee was the only one there I would have to wait until all their sandwiches were prepared before I could order mine. Not gonna bother even eating here told it's going to be a long wait because of a catering order there are only two people waiting and mines a single cold sub they couldn't even start it until they finished the order for someone who is not here they said me and this other guy just get to stand here and wait. At least there is a jersey mikes around the corner.
What am I tipping for? They didn’t add my extra lettuce, they didn’t cut my sandwich in half, they didn’t add my phone number after I said I was a rewards member. Missed out on my $4 sandwich. This place has been in steady decline for a while now. If you are really desperate for JJ’s just go to the one in North Scottsdale.
