What am I tipping for? They didn’t add my extra lettuce, they didn’t cut my sandwich in half, they didn’t add my phone number after I said I was a rewards member. Missed out on my $4 sandwich. This place has been in steady decline for a while now. If you are really desperate for JJ’s just go to the one in North Scottsdale.
Jimmy John’s remains to be the best large chain sandwich spot, especially for a classic Italian. Fast service and delicious food.
EDIT: So exactly why do I need to submit feedback AGAIN to be shared with the owner? You already wasted enough of my time. Its the same flipping store I gave the review on in google maps. Heck, I am still waiting for my charge to be reversed. You figure it out. How does a sandwich place run out of turkey and ham? Seriously! This location just called to tell me, AFTER $34 exited my bank account, they are out of Turkey and Ham. Really? How does that happen at a sandwich shop?
