I ordered a Turkey Tom wrap from Jimmy John’s for pickup. When I got home and took a bite, it tasted off—bitter and unpleasant. I opened it up and saw the cucumbers were literally brown, and the lettuce was also discolored. Very disappointing to receive produce in that condition. Quality control needs improvement, as this was not fresh at all. Will not be returning to this location.
Got to the store around midnight last night I waisted $41.23. My Wife is Vegan she ordered a veggie combo with pickles. She got a turkey sub combo. I ordered a bacon chicken ranch with pickles got the sandwich with NO ranch. Didn't want to drive back to the store cuz it was 1230am last night but I won't come there again.
Arrived round midnight & Ordered a veggie combo with avocado add pickles & bacon chicken ranch combo pickles added. When the order was completed the server must of noticed some was wrong & they ask for the bag back & opened all the sandwiches. Guess it was a mix up because they made a sandwich over & said that's the wrong sandwich. We got our order & left. It was late when I went into this location and the facility was clean and management was really nice.
Even when this Jimmy John’s gets busy (which is often!), the staff keeps things running smoothly. Everyone is always friendly—from the folks answering the phone to the team making the sandwiches to the delivery drivers. Orders are accurate, and even when there’s a wait, they handle it with professionalism and a smile. It’s clear they work hard to keep things moving, and it shows. Keep up the great work!
