I won't order online again. It took 45 mins for an online pickup order for 2 sandwiches. I never got a confirmation that it was ready and almost missed my break. When I got in it was very slow, but the staff barely look up, just pointed at the shelf. They may have had a huge order, I'm not sure, but service has been going down at this location since the online pickup started. They are not fast anymore and the quality of the food and service is getting worse.
They'll pawn your delivery order off on Uber and then it arrives 40 min later and all of a sudden it's an Uber problem. Will never order from them again.
It's a Jimmy John's, and it's ran well. No complaints.
