I’ve been coming to this Jimmy John’s for a while, and while the sandwiches are consistent, the atmosphere has become really uncomfortable lately. It seems like there is a lot of tension behind the counter, especially with the management. I’ve frequently noticed the GM Valerie getting visibly frustrated and snapping at the staff over the smallest things.
