Dont have anything else to say, heard valerie is a rude manager they kick people out the store because they deliver food late when the app says delivered.
Managers really rude here, the girl in the glasses very impatient Do not order online here, they mark your order as completed and when you arrive theyll have you wait another 10 to 20 minutes. Do yourself a favor and go to the next jimmy johns or subway across the street
Came for a meal & noticed I had a flat tire. Valerie took my order also helped me change my flat tire. Thanks to Valerie I was able to get to work on time. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely return!
I dont typically give bad reviews bc i like supporting businesses, but in my entire 15 years as a customer service professional. I havent seen someone like Valerie. She is unprofessional and lacks any meaningful sense of customer service and working through issues, quite frankly im not sure why she even works here bc she doesnt seem to like working with customers or coming up with a solution.
