Martell and Troy were very helpful great customer service and fast food
I usually enjoy coming to this location, but my recent experience left me disappointed. We came in about two hours before closing time, and the employee working made us feel uncomfortable for even placing an order. It was as if our presence was an inconvenience rather than a part of their job. Her attitude suggested she didn’t really want to be there, and the customer service felt rushed and unwelcoming. Went to Jimmy John's on unday 8/10/2025. Awful! The sub was dry, they did not make make it the way I requested (lett, tomato, mayo Jimmy mustard and oil and vinger). They just threw in mayo and mustard packs. Quality of food not what it used to be.
