Today, my family and I visited Jimmy John’s for lunch, and I was surprised and disappointed with the customer service. I was ordering for my four-year-old daughter, who just wanted turkey—no bread, no veggies. Anyone with kids knows how picky they can be, and I know modifications can be annoying but we have to order what the kids are going to eat. I like JJ's alot and go to four different locations frequently. Unfortunately, the one most convenient to where I live is by far, the worst managed of the four. When I walked in today, I was the only customer and there were four employees. I always marvel at how "freaky fast" the service (at the other three is), but it almost seemed like the four were on a break today and couldn't be bothered with having a customer inconvenience them. Ordered online. Order was very wrong. Ok fine. Call store to get hung up on asking for a manager. And lied and said they didn’t hang up when I have it on recording. No accountability. Will never visit this store again. Check your orders fully before you leave
Probably one of the best sandwiches we have ever had at JJs. The staff was friendly, the only negative I would day is the price, seemed to be higher than other locations we have been to in the valley.
I have been ordering from Jimmy John's for years, starting when they were in Tucson, before they even opened any locations in Phoenix. I always order a sandwich and the unsweet iced tea. Today I placed an online order, and for the third time in the row the tea tastes like sewage, or some other kind of gross smell is in the drink or the ice. I don't know how else to describe it.
