Went to Jimmy John's on unday 8/10/2025. Awful! The sub was dry, they did not make make it the way I requested (lett, tomato, mayo Jimmy mustard and oil and vinger). They just threw in mayo and mustard packs. Quality of food not what it used to be.
Excellent customer service! Treated with respect.
The gentleman up front was excellent and very fast! Unfortunately he was the only one working there at the time, but he was holding down the fort pretty well!
LOVE their food, but tbh I've always popped my sandwich in the nuke for a brief moment because cold food at dinner time just seems odd for some reason. So, for anyone who's ever wished they toasted their subs, guess what. THEY DO NOW!!! Nuke-free JJ'S are now on the menu!!! It's a game changer 😆
