Jimmy John’s gave me the wrong order. I called they had my order asked them to deliver to the hospital across the street since I was there with my kids and waiting on doctor. They said they could deliver it for a charge. It was .1 miles away and they couldn’t deliver over their screw up. If I could give zero stars I would.
Went in tonight to get a sandwich before work. The employee not exceptionally friendly. I ordered a #12 unwich which is a lettuce wrap. I asked for everything except mayo. Well he didn't use mayo, but forgot or didn't care to add the avocado sauce. Which is what I like. The lettuce, cucumbers, tomato on it was so old and wilted. That's about 1200 bucks wasted. Not happy! I could have went next door to Chipotle and got a better deal for my money!😡
My unwich was wilted and the floor was so dirty with food, like it was never swept.
I came in to get my free sandwich for my birthday cause I am a rewards member and the staff was great it was only one guy there he took my order in made my sandwich in under 7mins and the sandwich #14 was delicious
