I haven't spent one penny at Jimmy John's in over 5 years. Read on to see why! Never ever again I'm done with this place! I deleted there app from my phone. I had a reward for buy one combo get 1 0ne half off that expired the next day. By mistake I ordered the items separately I asked the manager to cancel the order and ring it up with the reward. Never open. Very limited hours. Not really great service. Food is pretty good.
Ate there for the first time today and the food was excellent! Had the Italian and the service staff was great! The place was very clean! I enjoyed my visit immensely
BLT was cold with uncooked bacon, spicy chicken was bland, staff was indifferent.
The subs are amazing. Will be back.
