King Jimmy John’s.
Ordered a sub and potato salad. Was given expired food. Tasted off so I checked the date and sure enough…. Old and expired. I emailed customer service and was asked if I wanted a refund and free lunch. Never received either. Why even ask? It should have been automatic. The sub tasted off too… I order the same thing from the other Jimmy John’s location with no issue. This place seems dingy and the workers never seem happy. Pass. Save yourself a trip and go elsewhere.
This is my first time eating here I ordered the toasted chicken, bacon ranch sub with a side of potato salad and a lemonade. My total came to about $18. I can’t really say that I enjoyed the sub or the potato salad and not to mention the lemonade was sour. I mean, overly sour like bitter And unfresh. The potatoes in the potato salad were undercooked.
