They almost always get my order wrong or forget something and this has to be the slowest jimmy johns in the world. It’s just a bunch of kids fooling around, blasting music, and not working. They could really use some actual management. Update: Two years later they are still getting orders wrong and the food is getting worse. If I was in charge of Jimmy John’s franchising licenses I would revoke this one immediately.

These guys actually left off the meat on a sandwich and made us come back to pick it up instead of delivering to our address because “it’s money coming out of their pocket”. Good job, folks! Keep up the great work.

☆☆☆☆ I called simply to ask if you were hiring and spoke with the manager. He asked if he could put me on hold for a second, so I politely waited. After sitting on hold for about 11 minutes, the call was disconnected. When I called back, I was immediately told that they weren’t hiring. For future reference, if you’re not hiring, it’s completely okay to say that from the start. It would’ve saved both of us time. Asked for oil and vinegar - none. Asked for basil and oregano- none . Unripe tomatoes- literally pink and white, not even red. Terrible.
