I just left with my order and Gwen helped me she was an absolute sweetheart, and a delight to talk to. I did happen to notice that she was there by herself with no one there to help her. Which was quite sad to see. I've been here multiple times throughout the years and I would say hands down, she was one of the sweetest with amazing customer service.
Used to be a 5 star but the new hires were SITTING on the counter, back turned to me while they took orders and handed orders on her phone, and the food is showing their lack of care so ill go somewhere else for a few months thanks id give a name but im sure her nametag was away from me

This was the worst Jimmy John’s sandwich I’ve ever had. I got a simple tuna on wheat. The bread wasn’t cut. It was extremely messy to the point that I had to remake the sandwich in order to be able to eat it. I walked inside to pick it up and no one looked at me, said anything, or acknowledged that I existed. 2/10 likely will not go back. Thankfully the Dearborn location is SO much better
