Worse experience ill never eat in this branch. The manager has a really bad attitude. I ordered the toasted chicken sandwich and saw her trying to toast the bread after she put mayo on it so I asked her to add mayo after she refused and said this is how she makes it so I said in this case I dont want it and asked my money back and took a picture of the sandwich she made so I have a proof I guess she noticed I have an accent and told me I cant take a picture and said "Maybe where's you come from you can do it not here" Yikes.... read more
Great service and friendly staff. Food looked fresh and the service was quick and fast.
I used to eat here frequently on my lunch break before I began remote work. Now I'm only downtown occasionally. I was in on the 3rd of June and got a sandwich which smelled off and upset my stomach. I had to throw it out once I got back to my office after eating only a 4th of it. I called the store for a refund around 4:00 on the 5th and the lady was extremely rude and hung up on me. Poor service they don’t make their customers happy my food wasn’t made how I wanted it plus I still have the nasty ass sandwich DONT SHOP WITH THEM and I will be calling someone over them !
