Jimmy John’s used to be fast and consistently good. Unfortunately, both seem to have gone downhill. I stopped at this location and waited about 15 minutes for my order while one employee made sandwiches and another transferred some type of liquid from one five gallon pail to another. I’m not even sure what that was about. When I finally got my food, one of the wrappers had tuna residue on it. Deleted my old review from a year ago, so I could create a fresh 1 star a year later, and I guess this will just be the last time we use this location. Created an online order, go over to pick it up. Not ready which is fine. Wait till it's ready, get home. Sandwich is messed up. Check the other 1, seems ok but now it's been 20+ minutes and I have to drive back and forth again. Friendly staff. I ordered the turkey tom with garlic herb wrap with onions, oregano, kicking ranch. Great wrap.

The guys in there were super nice and hard working. They went the extra mile on customer service. Kudos to you all!! Would come again!! Food was great!❤️
