1 Star — Only Because Zero Stars Is Not an Option This Jimmy John’s in Brier Creek needs to seriously rethink using Uber delivery service, because the delivery experience was terrible. The food may come from Jimmy John’s, but the customer experience is completely ruined when the delivery service they rely on does not do the job properly. It’s hard for me to leave a negative review because I understand that frontline employees often get the blame, when in reality, these types of consistent issues are almost always a reflection of management and operational decisions, not the individuals working the counter. Unfortunately, this location has steadily declined over time. While it’s very convenient to where I live, I’ve reached a point where I can no longer justify returning.
