It’s hard for me to leave a negative review because I understand that frontline employees often get the blame, when in reality, these types of consistent issues are almost always a reflection of management and operational decisions, not the individuals working the counter. Unfortunately, this location has steadily declined over time. While it’s very convenient to where I live, I’ve reached a point where I can no longer justify returning. Typical Jimmy John’s. Good quick sandwich.
It took 40 minutes from the time I placed my order online before it was ready. Not good for a place that advertises as being fast. Unfortunately this was the second time I had this experience and there will not be a third. The food was still good, so 2 stars instead of 1.
