Twice now, I had to place late work lunch orders and each time, Jimmy Johns is always accomodating, friendly, professional and has it at my office quickly! There was a slight hiccup once, but they went above and beyond to rectify it. It was minor ( no one even knew but us). And the sandwiches are always good!! Thanks everyone

Freaky fast? 59 minutes is Freaky Fast in 2025? Manager/Owner please skip the reply. You should be out helping to deliver instead of giving out excuses. I would advise anyone ordering from here to hold off on tipping until the order is delivered. I feel like I was swindled. WE (the customers) did not make the Freaky Fast pledge, you did. #standingonbusiness
An hour to get delivery from the location less than half a mile away. Called after 35min "I just dropped that off" "Did you hand it to someone?" "No I just left it at the door" "Then why is it not outside my door?" "Was this a corp address?" "No it was an apartment" "uhhhhhhhhhhhhh i'll re-deliver it" another 20min later call the store again "Well its on the road" "Did they leave again?" Ordered delivery today for a business lunch. Took 50 min to get the sandwiches due to driver availability. It was not freaky fast. The food was good though.
