An hour to deliver one sandwich. This is the worst jimmy johns ive ever experienced in my life.
Always close early
I have been going to this Jimmy John’s for years, but yesterday they gave me the wrong sandwich. The receipt was correct, but the wrong sandwich was put in the bag. I didn’t realize until I got home, but I am very disappointed.
This has to be the worst experience I have had at this location! I usually order from this location on weekends when I am working, but ever since they have outsourced deliveries to Uber Eats, I have noticed a gradual decline in service. Today, I placed a mobile order at approximately 10:30am for a sub and chips. The store outsourced it to an Uber Eats courier, who supposedly "picked it up" about an hour after I placed the order. Ordered online. Didn't cut subs in half or add crispy onions as requested. Service is always fast. Products are always fresh.
