This has to be the worst experience I have had at this location! I usually order from this location on weekends when I am working, but ever since they have outsourced deliveries to Uber Eats, I have noticed a gradual decline in service. Today, I placed a mobile order at approximately 10:30am for a sub and chips. The store outsourced it to an Uber Eats courier, who supposedly "picked it up" about an hour after I placed the order. Ordered online. Didn't cut subs in half or add crispy onions as requested. Service is always fast. Products are always fresh.
I wish I had four hands so I could give it four thumbs down. I thought Jimmy John’s was supposed to be freaky fast? I ordered from a stink face blonde Who didn’t even greet me. Asked for a cup of water and she Snidely responded they don’t do that. Had to wait three minutes for my sandwich to be done and she didn’t even let me know it was on the counter. I saw it. Jimmy John Liautaud would not be happy with the performance. Do better Wauwatosa Jimmy John’s.
I ordered three subs, a potato salad, and two bags of chips for delivery. Two of the subs were exactly as ordered, the Hot Chicken & Bacon Ranch and the #11 Country Club, and the people who ate them said they were delicious.However, one of the two bags of chips was missing, and instead of the tuna sub I ordered, I received a ham and provolone sub. I called the manager, and they provided store credit for the mistake, which I appreciated.
Every time I order for delivery it takes about an hour and there is never anything done to make up for it on my behalf and my boyfriend and I have a complained multiple times and there is always an excuse for it and sometimes they forget our sides with our orders on top of waiting for over an hour.
