One of the things I love most about JJ's is the birthday reward aka free sandwich for being a loyalty member. As a sandwich afficionado, this adds to one of the many reasons JJ's ranks in the top 3 in commercial sandwich shops for me. Not to mention the app is user friendly and convenient in so many ways. Very friendly staff. I guess new ownership late 2024. Previous staff was fine, but new owners are on premise and have a deep sense of personal responsibility and more attention to detail. A seasoned crew running the shop.
