Overpriced. can't order the size you want for certain sandwiches. Got my sandwich 2" shorter than advertised. I can make a better tasting sandwich at home, faster for cheaper too.
Went in and had a great Hunter's Club. The person making my sandwich was selective when choosing my bread, tossing the first loaf because when squeezed, seemed a bit over baked. I appreciate the attention to detail!
Overall love Jimmy John’s but I’m very dissatisfied with how service is at this location. The food is good but they take their sweet time even with a pick up order 20 mins ahead of time I had to wait and it wasn’t super busy.
Fast, efficient, good food! Always a go-to choice for a quick bite in the area where you want to know what you're getting.
Been here a handful of times, and it seems its slowly going downhill. The last couple times they have messed up the order. I ordered an Italian and wanted no tomatoes and add a couple things. Instead I got just the normal sandwich no modifications what so ever. It gets frustrating when its made to order and all you have to do is read the order. It was also not even busy we were the only ones in the drive thru and staff were just hanging out when we showed up
