Normally this location is good. This time though, they let me sit waiting in the drive thru for my order to be taken for more than 15 minutes. There were 2 cars in front of me who had already ordered and moved forward. It was absolutely ridiculous. No hey we'll be with you in a minute, or sorry we're short staffed. Just let me sit there with zero communication for that long. I just drove off.
Staff was very nice and sandwiches were up to the Jimmy John's standard
