After we ordered our food they just threw our sandwiches on the counter didn't even give us bags to put our food in. I had to grab our own bags when the lady just sat there and watched me . For spending almost 80 dollars in sandwiches you would think you would get better Customer service. To top it off i got the chicken bacon ranch foot long that cost almost 22 bucks and I couldn't even eat it it was nothing but mush chicken didn't seem even cooked .
I've found the quality of my Jimmy John's sandwiches to be quite inconsistent. Frequently, they arrive uncut even when requested, items are missing, and orders are not properly labeled. This happens nearly every time I order, and I've only received two completely accurate orders out of dozens.
Check to verify that your stuff is all in the bag. I’ve spent hundreds here and got shorted a pickle yesterday and they won’t make it right because I didn’t call them soon enough. They treated me like I was trying to steal a $2 pickle. That’s ridiculous. They lost a $6 tip over a pickle that cost them probably $0.20
Last night got probably one of the most disgusting sandwiches from here. I threw it away it was nonedible. I love jimmy johns I've been to this location before and sandwhich was perfectly fine. Yet I've never before have had burnt bread hard as hell where it was un chewable. There is no way in hell that the dude making the sandwhich didn't no that the bread was burnt. Not freaky fast, even if you order in the app. Ordered 3 sandwiches, bread, pickle & a bag of chips before 5 pm. Took 30 minutes to be ready.
