Used the drive thru today. Ordered two unwich sandwiches a pickle and potatoes salad around 3 PM today. Food was good. Great potato salad...but terrible service in the drive thru. The lady did not smile nor was kind and did not make sure we had a napkin and fork. I tried to honk to get her attention but it didn't work. They can do better with customer service considering we paid over $25 for food.
All items were wrong and I didn't have time to get them changed as they didn't even bother to mention that my food was ready. Customer service is officially dead.
Toasted sandwiches were just warmed, and my chicken bacon ranch sandwich was very bland.
Very clean and not as packed and busy during regular times. If you want a good meal and to talk to someone over lunch this is the place. If you want fast food especialy use the drive thru.
Usually love Jimmy John's but this one was very slow, not fast at all. Took them 7 minutes for the order in front of me. All I wanted on mine but was extra mayo and the guy taking my order was being intentionally obtuse so he could take my order slowly. Never going back to this location. Edit: I went once again to see if the first time was a fluke and I recieved my blt 13 minutes after ordering it. Why is this location so slow?
