Well my experience with the specific Jimmy John's in Plymouth Indiana on oak road is bad. For one I'm a delivery driver for Uber and they 3rd party from their company but every time I go to pick up an order from there a lady (Scout Leed) her name lies to me saying the order is picked up. Lying right to me. I confront her and she says then that the customer is picking up the order. Usually get large orders and everyone is good to work with. Carry out bags are super nice. Have worked with you guys for four years but today there was a big miscommunication between the morning shift manager and the afternoon shift manager. The person who took the order took all of our names and orders down, but then when we received the orders, none of them were labeled with their names on it.. the whole point of putting a name to an order is to hand out the sandwiches to the individuals with no problem and no guessing. Alivia was nothing short of rude. Girl pulled out the trash can and almost dropped our food in it. They should be embarrassed by how much meat they put on a sandwich for what they charge. Music is so loud you can't have a conversation or hear yourself think
