Avoid! We love Jimmy John's and have visited across the country and have had bad experiences here before but tonight was the last straw. I ordered in the drive thru. First, it took ten minutes for the sandwiches to come out despite only one car being in the parking lot. For dietary needs, I checked the sandwiches and one was made wrong. Kudos! The staff at this Kenmore location have gone above and beyond for me. I have "strange" requests on certain sandwiches, or ask if they can accommodate special requests. Each time they rise to the occasion, remember my order from last time. Go out of there way with generosity and smiles,to make my expectations, and experience awesome.
Ordered delivery, thought the pasta salad tasted funny. Found out it was expired! Nice.
