This shop is one of the slowest Jimmy John’s I have ever experienced. We have now been in the drive thru for 18 minutes and counting and this is not unusual. I can’t understand why this place is so dysfunctional. At this point using “freaky fast” as a tagline is embarrassing.

I placed an order with Jimmy John’s for a box of sandwiches for my son’s birthday party. When I arrived to pick them up, I was told the order was for the wrong day—which I never selected. They claimed they had called me, but I never received a single call, voicemail, or text. The manager flat-out refused to make the sandwiches or help fix the mistake, telling me they “didn’t have time.” Mind you, this was for my child’s birthday party—and we were left without food for our guests. One of the slowest Jimmy John’s. Over multiple years, crews, etc., this location just takes a lot of time. If you have someplace to be, just factor in it’s going to take 5, 7, or even 10 minutes to get your sandwich, even with a completely empty store. You know what you’re going to get taste wise, it’s pretty good, but you just better have enough wiggle room in your schedule.
