I've been a regular customer at this Jimmy John's location for the past two years, but my visit Tuesday yesterday was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any sandwich shop. To begin with, the mens working at the counter did not seem to know the menu well. They were unable to make suggestions, and there was a significant language barrier that made it very difficult to place a simple order.
