Staff does not know how to prioritize orders correctly. I placed an online order for asap. Show up to the store 5 mins after placing with no one in at all, then had to wait 20 mins while 4 other customers came in after me and left before me.
Uber Eats order for the new "Toasted Chicken Bacon Ranch" subs. Absolutely refrigerator cold when delivered. Preparers completed ignored the "Toasted" part of the sandwich. Don't bother calling store as they will just ignore the call or answer and hang up. The only thing JJ thinks about is the service time - forget what was ordered. Never bothering with this place again.
Do not give this store your hard earned dollar, and certainly not even a penny. The customer service is the most hostile and defensive I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing first hand. I'm giving a two because I usually order a sandwich with a water cup. Today they're out of cups, but I can't be trusted with a regular cup to put water in. Nope I've just got to suck it up and cup my hands under the fountain machine and drink like Chaka from Land of the Lost.
Let me be clear that the staff at this location was amazing and that my sandwich was perfect. However no less than 4 employees were being forced to work despite this location’s AC being out. They didn’t even tell me, it was obvious based on the building being HOTTER INSIDE than it was outside, and this is during a historic heatwave in VA. The location manager should be ashamed of themselves for forcing this location to be open at all with no AC. Is this not an OSHA violation??
