I'm giving a two because I usually order a sandwich with a water cup. Today they're out of cups, but I can't be trusted with a regular cup to put water in. Nope I've just got to suck it up and cup my hands under the fountain machine and drink like Chaka from Land of the Lost.
Let me be clear that the staff at this location was amazing and that my sandwich was perfect. However no less than 4 employees were being forced to work despite this location’s AC being out. They didn’t even tell me, it was obvious based on the building being HOTTER INSIDE than it was outside, and this is during a historic heatwave in VA. The location manager should be ashamed of themselves for forcing this location to be open at all with no AC. Is this not an OSHA violation?? I urged the employees to unionize and I meant it... read more
This location is always closed for one reason or another. Can never rely on them to stay open. Should just close the location or fire everyone who works there and start from scratch
