I love Jimmy John's. I redeemed a free drink reward from the app that day. UPDATE:. March 16, 2022-I still love Jimmy John's. Today, I redeemed a free advocado spread reward from the app. I also tried the new Zesty Garden Turkey Club Sandwich, which is a available for a limited time. It tastes great. Customer service was less than par. Things were not explained well to us as we ordered and you get as though changes to your order were an inconvenience. The wheat bread is not in sub form and the crust was very hard. As we were sitting there were two people waiting to order. They took one order and ignored the second. They asked the guy later if he was waiting on his order. He stated that he hadn’t ordered yet. They walked away. She then proceeded to get on her phone. It was a great sandwich. The only thing I have to say is I clicked the box to have it cut and it wasn't cut but other than that it was awesome! I'll definitely recommend all the customers here at Wetzel Chevrolet to get a sandwich here !
