I just placed a $40 order.. they delivered a giant sandwich with NO MEAT!!. HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE 😂...And would not redelivery or refund. Manager said they won't. So I guess me and my kids will have to go somewhere. What a joke. Who wants a free sandwich they owe me?? because I will not ever order there again
Ordered my food online, and they constantly come to our office to deliver. The time stamp stated 11:15 to 11:30 am. I called at 11:45 wondering where my food was. The person who answered knew my order wasn't delivered because he said the manager knew about this. He handed the phone right over. The manager, Zach, directly said I am not sure what happened to your order it was sent 15 minutes ago. If you knew this, why did you not try to contact me or at least try to get the food out ASAP.
