Worst JJ experience I’ve ever had… I ordered for pick up and had a 15 mins drive to get there. The service was opposite of freaky fast and was actually incredibly slow. I had to wait another 10 mins in the store before my order was ready and come to find out what they gave me was not correct… Ordered regular sandwhich and a lil John. The lil John was TINY, it was smaller than any Slim I’ve ever received. Please save your money and patronize a different restaurant that actually wants your business. The hours are NEVER as posted. There's always a sign on the door with some bullshit excuse as to why the lobby is closed, or why they're not taking online orders, or why they're closing early. If I owned this place i would fire the staff completely, and start fresh. Or who knows, maybe this is the example set by the owner and they think it's ok? Regardless, they have lost us. Hours state open til 9. Phone endlessly rings at 7:45. I remember driving to the location and seeing workers inside at 8 ish on a Friday, no one working, no one taking calls, nothing. Gr8 business model.
