The last time I went and ordered a sub from this location I was so excited to go home and eat. Yet when unwrapped my sandwich I realized that they gave me a sub with moldy bread. Ever since then I avoid this location and haven’t been back since.
First off the app is a whole scam just to make the companies job easier knowing your preference. Only to not recognize the multiple times I’ve ordered, and still only to be rewarded randomly with a cookie that could expire whenever. Every time I look at the app says I’m 4 orders to my reward I call customer service hoping to have the issue fixed or resolved, just to be repeated my order history from now and a year ago.
