The made a small mistake on delivery. The also fixed the mistake with no complaints! I will continue to refer and use their services
Even though they forgot my chips and gave me a huge pickle instead, I was happy with my food and delivery service today.
Super slow and nothing close to "freaky fast." Ordered at exactly 2:45p, tracker said "on the way" at 3:05, called them at 3:35 and the woman said she hadn't even left the store yet because she was waiting on other orders to deliver together. Gave excuses about being short staffed, something about having to clock out and back in again (?), rambling and genuinely unconcerned I was complaining about the slow service. Forgot the mayo for my BLT and my drink. I tipped very well and it was a door dasher delivering my food. Won't be wasting my money here anymore.
