I ordered two beach clubs and called because there was no cheese on either. The lady insisted that there was cheese on there. I told her over the phone I don’t see any cheese as I’m looking at them now. She said oh well that’s how we make it. What a rude woman and I will also mention she seems sick while making the sandwiches and didn’t even change her gloves. What a joke of a place. No standard of service anymore.
They forgot to make my order. The manager didn't try to see what happened. Way too much happened to type but I feel it was racially motivated.

Three men stood there just for one order with 3 sandwiches, which took 20mins to finish just one. And they didn’t even realize we ordered 3.
Horrible service. The staff aren't personable nor welcoming.. the give instructions "your salad is in the refrigerator and you can grab your own drink', so fast and get offended when you attempt to confirm the instructions.... also, for any newcomers, the fountain drink machine isn't visible from the front door - so you're left to look for it on your own.
