Good food, friendly staff. Usually doesnt get too busy.
The employees were busy but greeted everyone that entered the building. Actually made my sandwich as ordered & identified my sandwich with my name on the wrapper. The ingredients were fresh and appropriately proportioned. Was impressed!!
Called in order 15 minutes before I got there, wasn't ready when I got there, and it was the worst sandwich I've had in awhile dry, missing ingredients, I won't be ordering anything else again there ! And the manager rolled his eyes at me when I had to dig in my pocket for 3 cents!
Ordering ahead during lunch is pretty much useless. It’s common for my order to not be ready when I get there. In fact, sometimes they haven’t even started making it. Today it took 35 minutes from time of order to the sandwich in my hands. To be fair, they’re clearly overwhelmed, but certainly SOMETHING can be done. Here’s hoping
