I've never really had a bad experience with this location in-person. The workers are very kind and are not trying to scalp me for my last dollar. I always feel welcome here.
I ordered my food at 8:37pm. Right now it’s 10:18pm and I still have no food. The driver said he dropped it off at the door. I live in an apartment complex, we have nothing. Now everything is closed because it’s Sunday. What the heck Jimmy John’s. 🤬
Customer service was absolute trash....Fella answering the phone was extremely rude.. Order was cancelled after waiting approximately 1 hour....
Took them twice and still made the wrong sandwich.
Always a positive vibe in this establishment!! Keep doing what you're doing 👌
