The guy working here was very friendly. I wanted to try the Thai chicken wrap but with tuna salad instead of chicken and he was happy to do that. It was charged as adding tuna without a discount for taking off the chicken which is annoying, but I get that that’s JJ’s policy and it’s not the individual employee’s fault. The peanut satay sauce and crunchy carrots were really good. Their delivery crew is the best. My coworkers and I order at least once per week and the order is always exactly right, tastes fresh, and is delivered with care. 100000/10, would give a million stars if I could. Thanks for keeping my staff and I fed, JJ 10th Street.
ONE HOUR DELIVERY TIME. Fast delivery is the only reason I do Jimmy John's.
We ordered online, said would be ready soon. Got to the store and the door was locked. It’s 6:30pm, no one is in the store. Apparently the only employee is out delivering a sandwich. No way to cancel the order. Added a star because we eventually got an answer on the phone and they cancelled/refunded the order without a problem.
