My mom came through the drive through tonight. She order a slim tuna. Upon waiting at the window for ten minutes, she had to call the store to inquire as to why she was waiting so long. Nobody else was in the drive through. The employees told her they were out of tuna and preparing more. They said it would be five more minutes. The food is good, but honestly, the order accuracy is terrible. They forget something basically every single time. It could be a customization I specifically requested, sauce packets, or something else that was supposed to be included. It’s not an occasional mistake—it happens constantly. Freaky slow! There were 4 or 5 employees working, no one standing in the store and 1 car behind me and it took probably 8 or 9 minutes for my 2 sandwiches.
