Went to pick up 6 sandwiches I had ordered online today 7/19. The shorter, plump younger man with brown hair working the register had the social skills of rock. Just stood there not saying anything. I approached and greeted him and told him I was there to pick up an order I placed online. He told me to look on a shelf nearby in lobby.
