Bread was hard as a rock, stale tasting. It had been quite a while since we went there and we probably won’t be back!
I called to let them know they forgot 1 of my 5 sandwiches I ordered. I spent 67 dollars here and the assistant manager yelled at me and berated me. I'll never go to this jimmy johns ever again.
I honestly only ever order delivery from JJ's, so others experience may be different! I mean Jimmy John's is known for being freaky fast and they always are. Yesterday, my husband was truly shocked at how fast it came, he was like "Is it really already here?" Haha! I always order through the app, and I make customizations to my sandwich - I've never had missing items, or anything made incorrectly! I have to give them 5 stars on that alone!! I would suggest them, at least for delivery :)
I ordered a beach club sandwich and got home only to realize they didn’t put any meat on it.
