When I called the store they said they did not deliver 4 min away from their location and send me to another store. I called the other location and they said they dont deliver here as well. Both locations gave me a Corporate number of someone's private phone number.... They dont care and have no idea what to tell people. GOD CAN ONLY IMAGINE IF THEY WOULD MAKE TH SANDWITCH CORRECTLY.
Best Jimmy John's within a 30 min radius at least. Food quality is always fresh (never old lettuce or soggy veggies). Sandwiches are well assembled and done with care. I go out of my way to visit this one for lunch. Felt silly writing a review for a Jimmy John's but this is a standout location (going on many many years).
Just received 2 subs and they are hard as a rock, we ordered at around 11:19 and they open at 10 am. We called Jimmy John’s and notified them of this issue, explained the top of the bread was fine but the bottom was as hard and completely inedible. Hoping for nice customer service like we usually experience there the manager was happy to brush us off and tell us “hopefully your sandwiches are better next time”.
