I couldn’t order my turkey sandwich the way I wanted. I was told I can’t do a giant sandwich with certain toppings on one half and the other half with different toppings. I needed to “order 2 different sandwiches “ very weird. seems to me the employee didn’t want to be at work that day. So sad bc we love jimmy johns. Never had an issue with other locations
The guy working on 6/17 evening sucked and had a terrible attitude. Walked out.
I had a very disappointing experience at Jimmy John's today. I asked if my sandwich could be toasted after the fact, and the employee with red hair and piercings gave an extreme negative attitude when I asked. Customer service felt rude and unwelcoming from the start
