I checked online before coming and it clearly stated the location was open until 9:00 p.m. However, when we arrived, a woman met us at the locked door and told us she had decided to close at 7:00. We drove all the way across town to eat here, only to be turned away. If employees are closing the store whenever they feel like it, it raises serious concerns about how the rest of the operation is being run—especially in terms of cleanliness, food safety, and proper procedures. I ordered food from Jimmy John's online . It took my order and my money. It said pick up at 2:45 . When l went to pick up my order l was greeted at the door we are closed. So why did they take my order. Plus now l am out of my money. 28.00 dollars l spent. Plus l get no food. This was quite a disappointment. The owner was very rude. Please don't go to this place . You have been warned!!!! Terrible service!!!!!!#
