I checked online before coming and it clearly stated the location was open until 9:00 p.m. However, when we arrived, a woman met us at the locked door and told us she had decided to close at 7:00. We drove all the way across town to eat here, only to be turned away. If employees are closing the store whenever they feel like it, it raises serious concerns about how the rest of the operation is being run—especially in terms of cleanliness, food safety, and proper procedures.
