Not trying to be a hater, but this is the only Jimmy John’s around here that actually gets it right. Every time I order, it’s perfect — the lettuce isn’t piled like a mountain, the mayo’s spot on, and it just tastes way fresher. You can tell they actually care when they make it. I’ve tried other locations and it’s just not the same. White Bear’s the best one, hands down.
Just overall horrible lack luster customer service. Turning around after 3-5 mins wait to ask WHAT DO YOU WANT- Like you own the business and even then why would you talk like that to the customer ???
Food was good, bread a little hard. (Can't imagine what it would be like toasted. ) service always good!
