Was not greeted when I came in. (I was the only customer in the store and had an online order.) I asked for our cups to get drinks. They pointed for me to get them. I let them know they were out of root beer. No one seemed to be concerned over that. I didn't bother to tell them they were out of ice. I get to the car and realize I don't have my chips.
