Lazy staff. Never ask about rewards have to ask yourself and apparently after you pay you can’t get the rewards. Make sure you ask before since they don’t
Jimmy John’s has delivered multiple times to our home. However upon placing a delivery today they informed me they will no longer deliver to our address. They delivered here just days prior! Pretty upsetting since it’s our favorite.
absolutely love the food, unfortunately just about every single time i order my food its always messed up. it is now the second time i have gotten my food and they didn't add any meat to my sandwhich. i called to request a sandwhich be delievered to me because it was there mistake and they should fix it, and i was told they can not deliever a sandwhich because it's against store policy. they did fortunately add a credit to the account but i had to add my own meat from home to the sandwhich which is not the same. my friend al... read more
Bread was a little hard, but other than that, it was good. Service was great.
Was told to wait even though there was nobody in the drive thru. Waited ten minutes then was asked my order. I think you should take down your freaky fast sign.
