The customer service is severely lacking at this location, and the employees are forgetful and leave out parts of your order. I hope the manager gets a better attitude and trains his staff better, but based off of other reviews I doubt that’ll happen.
The customer service at this location is awful. The first time I visited I stood there for approximately 8 minutes before I said “ should I have ordered on line?” That’s when one of the many employees who saw me standing there but continued to ignore me said “have you been helped?” Today when I came in I grabbed a bag of chips and immediately noticed a nasty sticky substance on my fingers that came from the bag of chips, I immediately set them down tried to put my order in and went to wash my hands the employee grabbed the c... read more
Edit: Another sandwich not cut in half. What is happening?! - 1 I get delivery from here a few times a week. Food is good but my sandwich is never cut in half. Also, no condiments or napkins. I always mark the "cut in half" option and add mayo and mustard packets. I've started an album of all of my sandwiches not cut in half Just for fun.
