I have gotten so tired of being disappointed by spending an arm and a leg to receive soggy, cold food 1+ hrs after ordering. Tonight we ordered sandwiches from our neighborhood Jimmy Johns. They were, crisp, fresh, and exactly as ordered. The service was fast. I mean that I was telling my husband "its only been 9 minutes" in response to him requesting an ETA. They knocked moments later. We dined there for lunch yesterday and there was an employee re-organizing the chips on the shelves below the counter. She swept all the new chip bags ONTO THE FLOOR. This is the same floor that customers traipse in from God knows where. What was even more unbelievable was that the other employees walked around her and the piles of chips on the floor. NOT A SINGLE employee said anything about the food violation or corrected her.
