Took 39min for delivery! I called after 25mi. To find out where it was. Was told "delivery guy just left with like 4 orders. Should be about 5min." Not the 1st time this has happened. I had 5min to eat before my break was over.
What happened to Freaky Fast and Fresh?? Not sure when they started using Uber for delivery but it has NEVER taken 29 min to get my food, 1 sandwich (except that one time my order was delivered somewhere else?!?). And,, because of that my "Toasted " sandwich was soggy.. I have ordered toasted chicken sandwichs in the past and they were toasty.. Me and my husband went into Jimmy John’s and had a very disappointing experience. When we walked in, there was a group of kids just standing around playing, which already made the environment feel unprofessional. The cashier, a girl with short hair in a bun, was rude with a nasty attitude. She also didn’t seem to know much about the rewards program or even basic information about the menu. I literally ordered 2 #9 with no onions ..both had onions...one was for me no biggie the other for my son who is allergic
I usually like this place but the last three or four times I ordered.They didn't get it right, and I don't know what's going on, but they really need to pay more attention when they're making their frickin' sandwiches.
