I usually like this place but the last three or four times I ordered.They didn't get it right, and I don't know what's going on, but they really need to pay more attention when they're making their frickin' sandwiches.
I ordered a toasted roast beef plain with just cheese and recieved a loaded sandwich. When I called the manager said basically iti is what it is. I have food allergies so I order my sandwiches plain. So I will never go to Jimmy Johns ever again absolutely poor customer service.it happened again Today omg can't you get a order right? I talked to Liam and he assured me he would make it right. I have heard that before.Hire people that can read please!!!! I also want my tips back please. Tip learn how to read.
I go to a lot of Jimmy John’s, but this one is by far the best. I go here pretty often and they have never gotten my order wrong. They are always quick with the service and the food always taste delicious. When you ask for extra, they truly put extra on your sandwich and everything always taste fresh. I’ll never stop coming here.
