The customer service sucked!!!!!! And it took forever for our food. I felt sorry for the people behind me.! Some guy even went next-door to Subway and got his sandwich before the lady that was behind me
This store since the last I have been here has gone to absolute garbage. Slow service, horribly presented food and more. This management, hell this owner doesn't care. If he/she did, this would not be how a store is run. It's despicable.
Horrible Jimmy John’s. Nobody wanted to be there. Everybody looked pissed. Food took forever freaky fast is not a thing here. If I was the owner, I would be shocked and appalled
This location is terrible. We stop here on our drive across the state. Every time we have stopped the food has taken 20+minutes when we ordered ahead. They always have to ask at the drive through and again at the window for the name on the order. I waited until this happened multiple times to leave a review
Second time we've been and although our sandwiches were good and same Jimmy John's quality, the service was very slow in the drive thru
