Ordered fairly regularly from this location. I would order the same thing from the app and about 1/3 of the time the extra meat I would pay for wouldn’t be on the sandwich, which is annoying when you pay $12 for one sandwich. Walked in today to buy some bread. Before I could say how many was told “no” they said they are waiting for baseball kids to come eat there. I went on the app ordered it. Ready in two minutes. It’s insane to me that they would refuse service to someone in front of them. Very rude. When I went and picked up the order and addressed the situation. They didn’t want to hear it. It was 4 breads. Hope they find better service skills or retraining to help them succeed on their day to day.
Second time ordering a sandwich with hair Inside called up there and I didn’t even get a sorry and I’m not gonna lie. This sandwich was really good, but I couldn’t even finish it because I Seen The hair, really irritated me that I couldn’t finish my sandwich
I kept seeing the add about the new toasted sandwich. I had the ultimate Italian. It was awesome.
