Guy at the counter is amazing. However the place has gone down. Used to be amazing but last few orders have been sub par online is ignored. And some staff members have no care attitudes. While I watch all the drivers get their orders served many sandwiches my online order is nothing but lagging. Used to be happy to come here for online orders. Not anymore.
Very disappointed with this location. I walked in for a quick #4Turkey Tom with Lettuce, Tomatoes and extra mayo. The store smelled horrible like dirty mop water and chemical cleaner. There were two guys making sandwiches and both had beards (no net) one had long hair (no net). The girl at the register was polite enough. I placed my order and I get back to my truck and head out. I open the sandwich to find little turkey and no tomatoes. I do not recommend this location. I will not be back there again.
Three or four times it took over 45 minutes to get my sandwich when they are only 5 minutes away.
Ordered the Tuscan Italian Wrap. It was missing the jalapeño sauce. The price $9.29 is ridiculous...wrap isn't that big. Tables were not cleaned so I took the wrap home. Also, the cashiers, in my opinion, do not ask if you are a JJ Rewards member. You have to remember to key in your phone number. Too many times, I did not get credit. Updated 2/4/2025 Went there specifically to take advantage of the recent deal...order after 2PM and make it a combo for free. Chesterton JJ's does not honor this offer!
