What a horrible experience! Ordered a country club toasted sandwich to go. When I got home and opened it I discovered it was completely burnt! The bread was so burnt it was black on the ends and the “meat” was so burnt it was black and crumbling to ash. The sandwich was also missing cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo! They do not care about someone’s allergies here. A bunch of high schoolers were there when I picked up my order and made it very clear on the app I’m allergic to some stuff. After I opened my sub I found the stuff I told them not to put on. I called them asking for a refund and all they can do is give a free sub.. no thanks
