I placed an order online, Jimmy John's website, not Uber, door dash..etc at 720pm. on Jan 22nd. Never received my order. Called the company at 820pm and was told the driver should be at my door. 845pm they didn't want to answer my calls, so I had to call from a different number. Just asked for a refund because at this point they weren't coming. The guy told me he closed out his drawer, they couldn't refund me until the next day. I've gone twice to this location now & they left out avocado spread each time and it costed extra. Didn't find out till I got home
They don’t have the pickle sandwich anymore😡
