Last time I ordered pick up they literally forgot the meat on both sandwiches. How does a chicken bacon ranch have bacon, ranch and the toppings but no chicken. Other sandwich was a #5 and it was also missing the meat. When I called the guy on the phone was laughing and said well u should let customer service no since we cant do nothing about it unless you drive back in. I did. This specific location in Moncks Corner cannot seem to properly staff in order to operate under their posted business hours. The last several weekends they have been closed unexpectedly so you end up wasting a drive. Figured we’d be good to go on a Friday night. It’s Friday night and their app says open until 9pm. It was 5:47pm and they call me after I placed an online order to tell me they are out of provolone cheese and that they are closing at 6 so we needed to hurry and get there.
