Walked in for online pickup and was asked “what’s the name?” Gave them my name, they went to the sandwich line and reviewed the tickets and stated that they were almost finished. I sat there while three or more people walked in, ordered, got their sandwiches and left. About 10-15 min. of grace because my wife overheard that there was a catering order (which turned out to be very small). Literally the worst Jimmy John’s in the Birmingham area.
Jimmy John's takes care of there customers and has quick and nice staff the food is AMAZING my personal favorite is the sandwich With turkey, cheese, and Mayo (my favorite restaurant) Jimmy John's is a clean place too words to describe Jimmy John's... AMAZING KIND WONDERFUL CLEAN FAST AWESOME AND MUCH MORE
